Zarvia is a curated Pakistani women’s fashion store offering eastern wear, including kurtis, 2-piece suits, 3-piece suits, stitched outfits, and related fashion products. We select products from trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners to bring elegant and accessible fashion to customers across Pakistan.
2. Product Information
We try our best to display product details, images, colors, sizes, fabric information, and prices as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen brightness, or display settings.
Product availability may change without notice. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative product, delay update, or order cancellation.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless mentioned otherwise. We reserve the right to update product prices, discounts, delivery charges, or offers at any time without prior notice.
The final price shown at checkout will apply to your order.
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders in Pakistan. Customers are required to provide accurate name, phone number, complete address, and city information.
For COD orders, our team may contact you through call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm the order before processing. If we are unable to confirm the order, we may cancel or hold the order.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through website notification, email, SMS, call, or WhatsApp. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability until the order is processed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer details, suspected fake order, or delivery limitations.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver orders through trusted courier and fulfillment partners. Delivery time may vary depending on your city, product availability, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other delays beyond our control.
Estimated delivery time is usually shared on the product page, checkout page, or through customer support. Zarvia is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incomplete addresses, unreachable customers, or external circumstances.
7. Return & Exchange
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Customers should review the policy before placing an order.
Products may only be eligible for return or exchange if they are damaged, defective, wrong, or not as described, and the complaint is reported within the allowed time period mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging where applicable.
8. Order Cancellation
Customers can request order cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Zarvia may also cancel an order if the customer does not confirm the order, provides incorrect details, refuses delivery without reason, or places repeated fake orders.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including full name, phone number, complete delivery address, city, and product selection.
Customers should check product size, fabric, color, price, and included items before placing an order. If you have any confusion, please contact us before ordering.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to harm the website, place fake orders, copy our content without permission, or use our website for illegal or harmful activities.
We reserve the right to block or cancel orders from users involved in misuse, fraud, fake orders, or abusive behavior.

All website images, product descriptions, banners, logo, brand name, design elements, and written content belong to Zarvia or are used with permission from suppliers/partners where applicable.
You may not copy, reuse, reproduce, or distribute our website content for commercial use without written permission.

Some products may be sourced, packed, shipped, or fulfilled through trusted suppliers, dropshipping partners, or courier services. Your necessary order details may be shared with these partners only for order processing and delivery.

Zarvia will not be responsible for indirect losses, courier delays, customer-provided wrong information, color variation due to screen settings, or issues caused by third-party courier/fulfillment delays.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased from our website.
